I'm so excited that this relay advocate position is finally available! It's something that I have wanted us to work harder on for a long time.
In my opinion, the thing we want most here is a 'people person' -- somebody who can get to know many of the relay operators, understand their issues, help them with the issues, connect them to each other, and raise the issues to other parts of Tor. That is, somebody to advocate on behalf of the relay operators.
