Unfortunately, if your issue is that the sites block Tor users, you'll need to ask the site owners to (if possible) not block users coming from Tor exit nodes (maybe via a polite email or message). A temporary solution would be to use the New Identity button in the Tor Browser Bundle (so that you can switch your exit IP), but it isn't always reliable if the site owner updates his/her list of Tor exit IPs all the time.
Also, VPN integration into the TBB is not impossible, but very difficult, as the Project now has to maintain a VPN service on top of the Tor Network, which will put a strain on their already limited resources. VPN exits can also be eventually profiled and blocked as well too.
